Our custom boats are built under our own Midwest Boats brand, right here in Whanganui. Every build starts with a conversation about how and where you actually use your boat, and ends with a vessel set up exactly the way you want it.
We also take on serious refurbishments — repowers, new hardtops, canvas, fuel tanks, fit-outs and trailer rebuilds — bringing older hulls back to a standard that outlasts the original.
Recent work includes building Whanganui Rescue for Coastguard Whanganui, and refits currently underway on two of Coastguard New Zealand's bailment boats.
